Sunand (Sunny) Bal has been a General Contractor, developer of subdivisions and builder of  homes in Arizona since 1984. His building activity for the first 20 years were under Balbro Inc ( an Arizona Corporation) and subsequently as Managing Member of Balcourt LLC, AZ license 158601, KB-2, Dual Residence and Small Commercial.

Sunny has a Bachelor of Engineering (BITS 1965) and a Master of Business Administration degree (McMaster 1972). He has been the builder of (or consultant on) well in excess of a hundred homes and a handful of commercial ventures, mainly in the Tucson suburbs.
